Gravity is a Law (And We Can’t Break It)By entering our fitness center, you acknowledge that lifting heavy things, running really fast on a moving belt, and trying to touch your toes involves some inherent risk. You agree that you are physically capable of this and aren't ignoring your doctor’s advice to "take it easy."2. Don’t Blame the KettlebellWe provide the equipment; you provide the effort. If you drop a weight on your toe, pull a muscle trying to show off, or get a bit too dizzy during HIIT, you agree that GREAZE and its staff aren't responsible. You’re the captain of your own fitness ship.3. Play Nice with the GearOur merch looks great, but it doesn’t give you superpowers. Our gym equipment is meant for its intended use—please don’t use the battle ropes as a swing or the treadmills as a catapult. If you break it by being reckless, we might have to ask you to chip in for a replacement.4. The "No Sue" ZoneIn short: You are choosing to work out here of your own free will. You release us from any and all claims, injuries, or "lost gym socks" related to your time here. You’re here for the gains; let’s keep the legal drama at zero.

What we collect: We collect your name, contact info, and payment details when you join the gym or buy merch. We also track basic site usage via cookies to make the experience better. Health Data: Any fitness goals or health info you share is kept confidential and used only to personalize your training. Sharing: We don’t sell your data. We only share it with necessary partners (like our payment processors or shipping carriers).

Processing: All merch orders are processed within 3–5 business days. We don't ship on weekends. Rates: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and location. Tracking: You’ll get a tracking number via email as soon as your gear leaves the building. Lost Items: Once the carrier marks it as "Delivered," it's officially yours. If it goes missing before that, let us know.Memberships: Membership cancellations require 30 days' notice. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.Exchanges: If you grabbed the wrong size, we’re happy to swap it if we have the stock. Email us to start the process.
